Have you ever wondered what it would be like to work in hospitality and catering? More and more students are taking up courses in this line of work but what is it really like to work in this area. . What sort of jobs are available in hospitality and catering; and what sort of skills would you need to be successful in this line of work? Now you can find out more!

This interactive Glow meet will also provide participants with the opportunity to take part in challenges, ask questions and learn about the career paths taken by three individuals including:

Joe Queen – Executive Head Chef – Glasgow Hilton
Steve Frost – Divisional Executive Chef (Scotland) Sodexo (external catering company)
Ian Elliot – Glasgow Metropolitan College, lecturer
Victoria Spichale – Event Services Manager , The Gleneagles Hotel
